Post-purchase upselling shows offers to customers right after they complete checkout, before the confirmation page. Since payment is already done, customers can add products with a single click - no need to re-enter payment details.

No. Kairo is built natively on Shopify's own platform, so it runs directly inside your store - no external code, no slowdowns. Zero impact on page load times.

No problem - the original order is already complete. If you've set up a flow, Kairo can show an alternative offer like a downsell with a bigger discount. Otherwise, the customer just moves on to the confirmation page.

You get full access to every feature for 14 days with no charge. Revenue generated during the trial doesn't count toward your plan. After the trial ends, your billing tier is based on the upsell revenue from the next 30 days onward.

Upsell revenue is the total amount customers pay for products added through Kairo's post-purchase offers. This includes the product price minus any discounts you've configured, plus the shipping fee you set on the offer. Taxes are not included.

Development stores can use Kairo completely free with full access to all features. Build and test everything before going live. Billing only begins when you switch to a paid Shopify plan.

At the end of each 30-day billing cycle, through Shopify's billing system. The tier is based on the upsell revenue Kairo made you during that cycle. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice.

Flows are visual decision trees that control which offers are shown. You can branch based on 10 condition types - products in the order, order subtotal, customer tags, language, new vs returning, and more. Each offer has accept and decline paths, so you can show a cross-sell on accept or a downsell on decline. Flows go up to 3 levels deep with a priority system when multiple flows match.

You can test entire flows against each other, or test two versions of the first offer in a flow. Kairo tracks real revenue data - accept rate, average order value - so you see which variation actually earns more, not just which gets more clicks.

Surveys are available on the thank you and order status pages. There are 7 question types: radio buttons, checkboxes, text input, text area, dropdown, star rating, and recommendation score. Great for "How did you hear about us?" and post-purchase feedback.

Yes. Kairo runs natively inside Shopify's platform. We don't store payment information. All data is encrypted, and we comply with GDPR and CCPA requirements.

Your checkout is never affected. If there's an issue, the post-purchase page simply won't appear and customers proceed directly to the confirmation page. Your orders are always safe.

Sign up for free, get your unique referral link, and share it. When someone installs Kairo through your link and becomes a paying customer, you earn a percentage of their monthly payments - forever, as long as they stay active.

Commissions are tiered based on your number of active referrals: 15% for 1-10 referrals (Starter), 20% for 11-25 (Growth), 25% for 26-50 (Pro), and 30% for 51+ (Elite). All commissions are recurring - you earn every month, not just once.

Commissions are paid monthly in USD via PayPal, bank transfer or Wise once your balance reaches $50. Anything under $50 rolls over to the next month.
